Maybe it&#039;s only a coincidence, but since marketer Lynne W. Scanlon over at the publishingcontratian.com helped me identify my market (special interest groups) and suggested I mention that market in the marketing plan I attach to my query letters, there has been a significant increase in requests for my ms.

Also, I followed Lynne&#039;s suggestion to ask a number of these special interest groups to read my manuscript and I have received valuable feedback that should help me improve the novel while, hopefully, increasing my chances of finding a publisher.</description>
